Job Description:

We are looking for Senior Pega Developer with hands-on experience and also certification preferred.

Key Requirements:

• Configure workflows, case management, and decision rules to automate business processes.
• System Integration:
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems using APIs, Java, SQL, XML, and web services.
• Ensure seamless data flow between Pega and enterprise platforms.
• Production Support:
• Provide ongoing support for deployed applications, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• Monitor system health and resolve defects or bottlenecks.
• Collaboration & Documentation:
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and best practices for future reference.
• Testing & Quality Assurance:
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance validation.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and security protocols.

Ability to lead, define solutions, and communicate with both the business and technical teams and provide on going support

Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.

Willingness to travel if required by the client (expenses reimbursed).

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field and 6 plus years of related experience or 9 plus years of specific experience
